Potentiate LLC is a boutique Board and Leadership consulting firm providing services in the areas of Board and Leadership Effectiveness, organizational transformation, and talent management. Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Potentiate works with a variety of public, private, and non-profit organizations across California and the Pacific Northwest.
Potentiate is a woman-owned and operated business founded by Rochelle Sherlock. Rochelle has over 15 years experience consulting with organizations. She has a Master's degree in Organizational Development, and is completing her doctorate at The George Washington University in Human and Organizational Development.
Rochelle works with a cadre of consultants and subject matter experts to deliver state of the art solutions tailored to unique client needs.
